Usual process, HR screen, Hiring manger call, Tech screen and then in person interview. Generally positive overall, they're not quite sure exactly what position or skillset they are looking to hire for but the questions were relevant and no significant whiteboard coding questions. They are a big TDD shop which I have not done before, but they were happy to introduce me to the concepts and do some coding exercises on that. Ultimately it seemed like the Hiring manager was ready to make an offer but perhaps got overridden by someone higher up. Salary for the senior position may be low by current market rates, could have also been an issue.
