Process was a very typical process. Standard star interview with nothing surprising or out of norm. There was only one interview, but I was already employed with company in another roll.

30 telephone interview with in-house recruiter, followed by 30
minutes interview with claims supervisor, followed by 4 person panel video interview with three supervisors and regional manager. A lot of STAR questions relating to position. Very cordial and pleasant. Good people!
