I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises (Denver, CO)
Interview
An oddly easy phone interview followed by an oddly difficult in-person interview. The phone interview just asked basic questions about my background and very very simple questions about high level programming.
The in-person interview was long, 2.5 hours to be exact. It began with a 30 minute standardized test. The last question was a simple pseudo code, but that was the only CS related question. The rest were all pattern recognition and logic puzzles.
Immediately following, a developer came and began the technical interview. In total, there was one pseudo code question, which was the very last question. The rest were all logic puzzles that began with some kind of scenario like "You have 20 horses, and you need to race this many to...". I believe there were about 5 of them. He was good in keeping communication open and walking through roadblocks, but it all seemed very irrelevant.

Question 1
Can you describe a recent project you worked on and explain your role, the main technical challenges, and how you solved them?
Multilevel, looking to discern your ability to think outside of the box. There was a technical assessment component, and an IQ-like set of questions. You can be called into multiple interviews if you are seen as a potential. Moving is emphasized in the interview.
