I first got a call from the store manager. You have to meet and be approved by the district manager before you can interview with the store manager. If you pass both interviews you get the job.

Interview was very well organised. Manager communicated well and describing the hiring process very effectively. It took quite a bit time after I had my interview because I had an interview with the district manager as well after I had an interview with the centre manager.

One phone interview, Manager called me why i am interested in this position. and schedule a date for onsite interview. After one onsite , he called me to fix a date for interview with a district manager

Interview
Interview process was extremely long (three weeks +), and it takes a month to start orientation. So plan your two weeks notice after hearing your start date first. I immediately submitted my two weeks notice and was out of work for two weeks due to this craziness.
