One interview in person very simple easy. Asks the basic questions and if you have customer service experience you should be good. Work environment is easy very customer service oriented position.

Interview
It is a simple 2 round process that happened same day. You speak to the store managers in the first round who ask you about your work history. Then the district manager, which seemed to be more of a vibe check after the store managers shortlist you. The total time was around 30 minutes.
