I would caution if you are a minority from applying. Was asked about my political views and non-relevant experience. Interviewer was noticeably biased with conservative leaning and would knit pick and try to coax political answers from me even though I kept trying to transition.

Interview
Applied, did a phone screening then was scheduled for an interview. Went to the interview seemed like it went okay but the manager didn't like me and was not interested in working with me
Applied online, received a call, interview with store and district manager. A brief knowledge of the company is helpful also experience in retail. The process was very quick and I got the job after the interview
