Short interview, but waiting period was long. Total of 4 persons (2 supervisors, 1 attorney, 1 HR Director) asked questions. All smiles during the interview, but felt targeted particularly after being offered a Paralegal position w/o raise. I got tipped off that supervisor (s) ran reports to check my daily activities and that was not the norm.

Interview
The interview was a little intense. Jess, the human resources manager, can be a little intimidating, but she is actually very nice. She and the supervisor of the Foreclosure Department brought me to a conference room and asked me about my education and experience. They thanked me and escorted me out. I received a call a few hours later with a job offer- which I accepted.
