Interview process is fairly easy and comfortable. It begins with a brief phone interview, followed by a few documents to complete to allow for background check, etc.; then scheduled for a face-to-face or combination personal and virtual interview with members of Marketing team and HR.

Interview
A member of HR reached out to me to schedule a phone screening. We talked in the phone for 15 minutes and then she said she wanted me to do an in-person interview at the Rochester, NY location. After almost 2 weeks, that finally got scheduled. I met with 2 people in the Marketing department. It was a pretty standard interview with basic questions. Afterwards, I realized this job was not for me. However, I was never followed up with in any regard, even an email stating that I had not been selected. Incredibly, unorganized and unprofessional on their part.
