I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments
Interview
I met one of the recruiters at a college career exposition. He invited me for an on-site interview with 6 of the team members. 5/6 of them were friendly and asked me about my college coursework, work experience, the usual. But the 6th one kept checking his phone, he reclined in his chair in way-too-relaxed unprofessional manner, and he didn't let me finish my answer to his last question before he turned it over to the next interviewer.
It took me three months before I heard back from anyone. I emailed all of my interviewers for a follow-up, and none of them responded. Finally, I emailed the talent acquisition specialist and she was able to get my answer within a day, which at that point was obviously a no. I wish someone in the team may have directed my emails to HR or something?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH) in Aug 2010
Interview
Online application, did two interviews in one day. One with an HR rep, then another with two hiring managers. Very easy interview all behavioral based questions. They generally hire for lower level positions in fairly large classes I think there were about 40 in mine so they can fill a class room.
