I found that Fidelity was hiring via Indeed and applied through their website. They got back to me quickly, wanting to schedule for an interview later in the week.

Question 1
I was told to be prepared to ask questions and know the job and the company. I was also told to prepare to say why I wanted to work there. Nothing about the company was asked or why I wanted to work there.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Raleigh, NC) in Nov 2021
Interview
15 minute first round interview. All behavioral questions and compensation overview. Got the call back for the second round within the week.
30 minute technical interview. Questions about Python, Linux, previous technical experience.

Interview
First it was a 30 minute phone screeening with the recruiter. Afterwards two (technical and behavioral) 45 minutes interviews with project managers on their headquarters. A week later i got an offer.
