I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Jacksonville, FL) in May 2020
Interview
I interviewed with Fidelity Investments in Jacksonville, FL.
The process started with a video interview with 7 pre recorded behavioral based questions and questions about the SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 exams/licenses.
Next was a phone interview with HR for 45 minutes, covering in detail what the job is and the expectations for the position, more behavior based questions, and prior experience questions.
After the phone interview there was an assessment covering math and reading comprehension and it had a 45 minute time limit.
Finally was a Zoom meeting with two hiring managers.
Now am waiting on feedback from HR.
First Screening, then one interview with hr rep then one final interview. First two went well as did the last one, but got ghosted and then called about 4 months later telling me i did not get the job.

Overall, this was a great interview process. The hiring managers ensured that the final interview was conversational and that I was comfortable throughout it. I also really appreciated how helpful the recruiter was.
