The recruitment process is very long. They take ages to respond. The recruiter is very irresponsible and inconsiderate. They don't bother to give you a feedback after the interview. I emailed them twice to know the application status after my interview was scheduled and done. The recruiter did not reply whatsoever. They think job seekers are just numbers.
