I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Jacksonville, FL) in Sep 2022
Interview
Applied directly on the website and was reached out to by a recruiter the following week. First phone call is initial screening questions to make sure they're not wasting time. If the recruiter thinks you got what it takes they'll send you an assessment and make sure you pass!
Second phone call they'll prep you for the final interview with the hiring managers which was just 3 days from that phone call. For me it was through Zoom.
Overall fantastic experience. Both recruiter and hiring manager was very good at making you feel comfortable and calming your nerves. They were efficient and did not repeat any questions one or the other asked.
Received an offer the very NEXT DAY.
I'll try to put every question I remember
Interview questions [18]
Question 1
(Recruiter) Tell me a bit about yourself (Use the "Triple S" method: Success, Strength, Situation | Look up Dan Lok on YT)
I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH)
Interview
The interview process was quite easy with two steps:
Introductory Call with recruiter - make sure you're a right fit
Call with a team leader - Mostly behavioral interview utilizing STAR method.
Very corporate. Be ready for answering questions in STAR format. Also brownie points for knowing a lot about Fidelity. Obviously there are set questions the interviewer has to ask you. The more you know the better. They are very much wanting you to be 100% all in for working for fidelity.

They low balled the salary range and change it from what they offered in the original job posting. I would recommend looking elsewhere for this type of role unless you are okay with it as a starting position and are doing it for the educational aspect.
