I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH) in Oct 2014
Interview
A primary interview with a college recruiter that lasted around 30 minutes. Very basic, resume, and behavioral questions. Followed up within a few days to set up another 30 minute interview with a manager on the team you would be working on. Make sure you ask that manager a ton of questions, the interviews seem to be put together on a whim and it is impressive to know a little bit about the company and the position you are going out for.
I applied online. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Apr 2019
Interview
Hirevue video interview with 7 questions, all behavioral. Phone interview with recruiter and a manager at one of the other locations. Technical interview with a hiring manager that had a coding section using edifire website.
