Here at Firesprite we do conduct background research on potential candidates, especially when sourced via LinkedIn.
For roles that are technical in nature, our recruitment process may involve multiple interviews with several different members of staff and an element of repetitive questioning to dig into a candidate’s technical experience, knowledge and understanding.
We also believe that multiple interviews and different personalities allow both Firesprite and the candidate to get a feel for cultural fit.
