It started with phone interviews for few rounds to screen my profiles and be informed about the role, followed by a panel interview to meet hiring managers and HR in persons.

Interview
The interview process was very smooth, I had in total two interviews, one with hiring manager, and one with someone from the same team. During both interviews, I felt very comfortable and the interviewers were very open and provided a lot of details about the role. I also had a personality test and had to answer in written form several general questions such as why I want to join the company, why I would be a good fit, what are my career aspirations etc.

Interview
Long interview process via several digital conversations that took almost two months. Senior leadership team directly communicated that they wanted me to join their team efforts and external recruiter told me I was to be hired. Three weeks later, HR rescinded the offer through the external recruiter involved.
