Contato inicial via LinkedIn e posteriormente WhatsApp. Primeiramente entrevista com recrutadores com filtro de cargos, experiência e conhecimento técnico. Depois Entrevistas por telefone e por vídeo chamada e Business Case com gestores da area, líderes de areas de maior interação, etc.

I found the job in LinkedIn and applied. The advertisement was in English. I went thru the process of application and submitted it. After 2 weeks they contacted me and interviewed me online using Microsoft Teams. The interview was with the hiring manager i.e. professional manager. Few days later I was asked to be interviewed again by HR director using Teams.
