Attended walk-in interview. Upon arrival front office guy collected our cv's. First there is a speed test and if we passed the speed and quality requirement then there is an aptitude test followed by operations manager interview.

Question 1
in operations round just asked about previous work experience and things in cv itself. Not much technical questions as it is basically a data entry job. Can't tell about hr interview as I didn't get a call to attend hr interview.
Not to difficult but easy over the process interview is virtual based and their are 3 round for the operations role good experience and better confidence over the all

It went really good. They were so good conversating. I really liked it. They give a lot of respect to the candidate. They don’t degrade us. They see our potential and speaking skills and select us. They also see our availability.
