Brief, back then there was very few questions they just needed personnel. the people in charge were great back then no drama. It became a popularity contest after a while. If you were not in the so called ( in club) with the the market managers You pretty much have no future. They pursue you til you quit or they fire you. Very stressful. The culture changed lots of turnovers due to upper management

I received a phone call within a week, called them back and spoke to a manager who seemed very disorganized and unfocused. This was a phone screen and after the call I was invited for a one on one interview, but I declined after learning more about the position and pay.
