Met at career fair, had a meet and greet that night, interviewed the next day, applied online, came to a VIP event and spoke with management, was called a few days later with job offer.

Question 1
What would your current supervisor say you need to improve on?
An hour and 20 minutes long. Definitely come prepared with questions to ask and know your resume and basic behavioral questions. I had two people interview me at once, and it was over Microsoft teams.
It took several rounds including a few different logic tests but, overall, it was not a very strenuous process. Basic research about the company will make the interview straightforward. I met with different people for each interview.

Interview
It was a phone interview that occurred in the morning from the Kentucky office. In total, the process took about 45 minutes. I now have to complete a personality screening online before I find out if I get an in-person interview.
