Interview
The interview process for an urgent recruiting role to assist in a large-scale Digital Solutions project was quite quick and seamless. The interview was requested on a Monday morning, occurred the following day and the subsequent offer was issued that same day. All in all, I'd say it was smooth and streamlined proving if you've got the goods and can communicate it effectively things have a much greater chance of working out in your favor.

Describe your methodology for managing various hiring managers, their needs, nuances, and expectations throughout the hiring process.
Filled out an application online, can’t remember which job site as it was over 5 years ago. Got a call first from a recruiter then spoke to the hiring manager a week later. The interview took place over the phone, very straight forward. Interview started on time, minimal small talk we jumped right into it.
