Applied using an employee referral, received two interviews and then ghosted even after sending a follow up email. The role was reposted after two weeks. Sent follow up email with no response.

Applied online and received a message to set time up for an initial chat. Sent my availability but didn’t hear back. I followed up and finally got scheduled by being sent a calendar invite with no response message. Showed up to the call, interviewer didn’t show. I had to follow up and was rescheduled for later that day. During the interview, interviewer was at their desk with others walking around in the background. The interview itself was standard but didn’t really feel like they were engaged. Overall I felt that I didn’t have a great experience as a candidate.
