J'ai eu un entretien avec un membre de l'équipe RH puis un entretien avec un manager d'équipe par la suite assez rapidement (dès le lendemain). J'ai dû faire un jeu de rôle pendant le second entretien

Application
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Flatpay (Hastings, East Sussex, South East England, England) in May 2026
Interview
I applied for the role through Indeed and received a prompt response from Flatpay’s HR team. An interview was arranged roughly two days later, and I received an offer within 2–3 days of the interview.
After receiving the offer, I carried out some further research into Flatpay and read a number of reviews on Glassdoor. Based on what I found, something didn’t feel quite right, so I decided to decline the offer. I explained my position politely and mentioned that the online reviews had discouraged me. I didn’t receive a reply to my email, which only reinforced my concerns.
Looking back a few weeks later, the whole process feels rushed and somewhat desperate. During the interview, the interviewer didn’t appear to know which company I currently work for and seemed not to have read my CV. It left me with the impression that they would offer the role to almost anyone, pay a very low base salary, and let people go quickly if they didn’t hit targets.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
During the interview, I was asked about my previous job experience and how it related to the role I’d applied for.
I had one interview with the HR mid-April who said I'd hear back in a few days.
Despite me following up after a day, I was ghosted and to this day, I haven't received any reply. It doesn't surprise me at all considering all the poor reviews on here - stay away!
