A lengthy process. They seem to be unsure what they are looking for in the candidate, or rather just trying to fish the cheaper ones. Hiring manager kept asking for the salary in my previous jobs from the very first call, which I think was not a right thing to do, if you are sincerely and seriously looking for a right candidate.
