After I was selected and announced via email by HR, I was invited to conduct a friendly and ordinary chat with my potential team leader in the office. First of all, you will be invited to introduce yourself in English for around 1 - 2 minutes, then the interviewer will ask you some question about your interest and understanding of Corporate Communication, particularly what your think and guess of their daily work.

Question 1
Can you introduce yourself in English? Why you apply for this job? What do you think Corporate Communication does?
Very conversational and friendly, did a first phone call and then a writing test and then a teams call with a few members of the team. The questions were pretty standard

Question 1
How my previous role would prepare me for this one
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FleishmanHillard in Jun 2023
Interview
There were 3 parts to the interview. The first was a screening call from HR to discuss in depth about the internship, company and what my role would be. After that I was selected to move on to the second round. The second round was a writing assessment with several parts so they could gage your skill level. They were very communicative afterwards so I was surprised when all of a sudden they ghosted me before the third interview. Overall, the interview/assessment was great experience but also a waste of my time.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FleishmanHillard (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2023
Interview
Very long consisted of a phone interview, a writing test, and than one final interview. The questions were very simple general get to know you questions that focused on why you wanted this role and what you wanted to learn.
