I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Flow Traders (New York, NY) in May 2016
Interview
Applied online, got invited to mental math test, then its sequence/IQ test. Then 2 on 1 interview with HR and Trader solely about motivation for applying. Then it's superday with the case study with 2 senior traders. Case study is pretty hard and is about deriving some properties of ETP's and finding arbitrage. Everyone is nice and they give you timely responses. They really want to see how you act under pressure. I really like their firm but I messed up an important part of the case study which skewed my following logic process. Didn't get the offer which is a shame.

First was a mental maths test of roughly same level as Optiver 80 in 8. Then had a 1-1 interview with HR, did not pass as had not researched company well enough.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Flow Traders (Amsterdam)
Interview
I passed the online mental math test, then got eliminated in the second round which was an online interview with HR, where I was asked to play a market-making game in which I had no previous experience. Although it is a junior position, you are still expected to have plenty of technical knowledge.
