Interview
The overall recruitment process took place in three phases.
Phase1: Written Test
In this phase, we were asked to complete a written assessment, which consisted of Technical and Aptitude based questions. The questions were of moderate level difficulty and was objective.
Phase2:Technical Interview
This phase was a pure technical round. I was asked about my project and a few technical questions in my area of interest.
(P.S. I will not be revealing the questions, due to professional reasons. But the questions were easy to moderate.)
Phase 3: Directorial Interview
This was the last round of interview. In this round, the director of the plant took my interview. The questions were 30% HR based and 70% Technical based. Again the questions asked to me were easy to moderate level.
