      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Flowserve (Bengaluru)

      Interview

The overall recruitment process took place in three phases. Phase1: Written Test In this phase, we were asked to complete a written assessment, which consisted of Technical and Aptitude based questions. The questions were of moderate level difficulty and was objective. Phase2:Technical Interview This phase was a pure technical round. I was asked about my project and a few technical questions in my area of interest. (P.S. I will not be revealing the questions, due to professional reasons. But the questions were easy to moderate.) Phase 3: Directorial Interview This was the last round of interview. In this round, the director of the plant took my interview. The questions were 30% HR based and 70% Technical based. Again the questions asked to me were easy to moderate level.

      Interview

The interview was to test your ability to sell and manage customers or venders. Technical know how is something that you will learn by experience and hence never tested. Pump knowledge from undergrad is not useful.
