Then, an in depth technical interview which requires further questions. The interview will trained about 1 hours to 2 hours.

I spent 5 hours speaking to various people around the business to eventually be told that they have decided not to go forward with any of the candidates, as they are looking for a very specific type of experience.
Obviously something wrong with their recruitment process if this cannot be uncovered in the first interview rather than waste so many hours of their candidates time. Think I dodged a bullet if this is how they conduct business.
