Shambles -
First Contact - telephone call - I was told that my availability doesn't work for them so I have to take my round 1 interview call on the weekend. I agreed but later rescheduled for the following week and even though they said no before, they then agreed to a weekday call.
Video Interview - The Interviewer arrived to the video call 15 minutes late with no form of contact before hand to let me know they are running late and wasn't phased by the lateness.
This was a video call, I had my camera on, they kept their camera off - felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable and they actually conducted the interview from their car.
When they asked what my salary expectations are, I openly said 18-19k pa (which I also mentioned in the initial call as they asked me this before) as I am PRINCE2 Certified and have a management degree and is a basic starting wage in London. The Interviewers response was "You just put the nails in the coffin".
I was then told I would no longer be considered but then receive a phone call a few days later asking if I had received their email about another interview with the MD. When I said I didn't receive any email, they didn't believe me and thought I was lying. I said I no longer want to be a candidate and have been accepted for another job.
The whole process from start to finish was terrible.

1st there is a phone interview, then a 1:1 along with some skill (basic networking stuff and basic Windows administration) and personality assessments. Lastly, you get a panel interview with the manager and the recruiter together.
