Fluz interview questions

Long, scattered process, and a complete waste of time! They reached out to me on LinkedIn and I applied. After I went through the entire process up until the final stage, they decided to move me to a new role without prior discussion and expected me to continue the interview process and repeat steps I’d already completed, because apparently I have nothing else to do than interview endlessly at their request. I asked to be kept on the original track I was approached for and then got ghosted.

The process began with a recruiter screen, followed by a conversation with another team, operations?, and two tech. It took about a month. The technical interviews were challenging but fair, with some minor overlap between the two. The process felt professional and clear. I felt they were nice enough to warrant leaving a feedback even though I didn’t end up taking the offer.
