The most unprofessional interview I have ever had. As a Christian organization, I knew FotF would ask me about my faith. I was happy to answer. But they made it immediately apparent that they did not care about my faith at all--just how it swayed my political opinions. Without warning, they were interrogating me about my stance on abortion, assisted suicide, divorce, and homosexuality/gender identity. I understand that this is part of the company's core values, but it is easy to point blame on minority groups for their sins and a lot harder to own up to your own. Ask me about my relationship with Jesus and how I share His love with others--not how I condemn others for sins I cannot commit. Before interviewing, I prayed for clarity on whether I should work here or not. I got my answer immediately. Do yourself a favor and avoid this organization. Matthew 22:36-39.
