I met with a friendly Ford employee at a campus career fair. I was scheduled for an on-campus interview within a couple days. The interviewers had no passion, energy, or liveliness and didn't seem to care about me as a person. I did not make it to the second round.

I needed to complete an online assessment, which involved graph and economic synthesis. During my interview, there were three interviewers. They asked a chunk of behavioral and fit questions. Later, they switched into a "mini-case," where they asked how I would approach a business situation. Some graphs involved and interpretation required.
