Interview
I met with a friendly Ford employee at a campus career fair. I was scheduled for an on-campus interview within a couple days. The interviewers had no passion, energy, or liveliness and didn't seem to care about me as a person. I did not make it to the second round.

Interview
I submitted my resume at a career fair, and I received a phone call later that day offering an interview later the next day. I needed to complete an online assessment, which involved graph and economic synthesis.
During my interview, there were three interviewers. They asked a chunk of behavioral and fit questions. Later, they switched into a "mini-case," where they asked how I would approach a business situation. Some graphs involved and interpretation required.

Interview
In person interview was very straightforward. You have to complete an online test before being invited to interview, which tests your math, reading and corporate culture fit. During the in person interview, they had a formal packet that they went through that had a lot of behavioral questions to see how you approach different workplace scenarios and problems that might come up with your supervisor or dealers. The interview takes about 30-45 minutes.
