1:1 for about an hour. referenced resume and past jobs. they asked me about my strengths and weaknesses in other jobs and my reliability from past jobs. asked about previous experience from other manual labour working jobs.

Long and tedious. It was an 8 hour test. The questions were easy. The process was just long. It asked a lot of personality and safety scenarios. They also had a skills test as well.
