Somersette Black, director, Compliance Office, moderated the panel. Check out some of the questions and answers below: What are some common misconceptions about millennials? That they’re job hoppers, they lack commitment, and they only care about money. Some of these misconceptions come from the fact that the workforce today looks very different from the workforce 10 or 20 years ago. I think it’s important to suspend judgement when we’re looking at different demographics of age. Saying millennials are disloyal dismisses companies’ responsibility to retain talent and make sure their employees feel valued.

Lengthy process but result was positive . Too many steps for interview with too little feedback. Panel of peers should be more diverse. Quite a few psychometric evaluations as well.
