Interview
The Interview was quite short, being with the company already as an associate was kind of given. Your basic skills from visual work to operations plays a huge part especially since you combine the two daily. Multi tasking is a huge part as well, you have several things to accomplish at the store from being just a associate to a higher management position.

Interview
The interview went very well, when I got there and I was told it was going to be a group interview by some cashier but it wasn't it was me and the head manager. We went outside the store found a table . The interview was very conversational. And laid back. Remember always relate to your self how you are when working forever 21 pretend you already got the job. If that make sense.
