The best interview process I've done. In the first interview (video call), the recruiter introduces to the company and the business and does some hard skill checks on technologies and culture fit. If it goes well, you are invited to do the tech exercise, it's not a difficult one, must be written in Golang and you can take as much time as you need until you are proud of your solutions. Once you submit your exercise it is reviewed within 5 working days and the recruiter gives you feedback about it. If you pass it, you are scheduled for a new video call of 1.5h split into 3 different parts, each one with one technical guy from the team. - Code review with questions regarding your tech decisions - General questions about TCP, UDP, HTTP... - Role game about how would you investigate a problem The day after the interview you will get feedback and in case you passed it, you will get the offer. All people involved in the process were really kind and nice, they make you feel comfortable and you don't feel the pressure that usually are in those interviews. For personal reasons I declined the offer, but it was a really nice one
