Interview
The interview will be held in three round and they are of moderate level. First one is with HR then with the managers. There will be two managers one from India and one from abroad
Not very tough was good overall. Some of the most generic questions about client interactions and how we have supported the whole journey, and about years of experience. Also, how we understand the difference between customer success and customer support.
