Friendly interviewer for initial call. Didn't go on too long. They ask salary expectations and want they can offer and to talk through your CV briefly/what experience you have in relation to role.

Does anyone have any insight into the Accenture ZBT team? I am northeast US. I have interviewed for both M&A, and growth strategy, but they think ZBT is the best fit for me. I have 5 YOE and would join as experience hire consultant. How is WLB/interesting work/is comp similar to strat? I could adversely also take offers from RSM or Forrester strategy teams (external facing). I welcome any feedback

Very negative experience with this company. I was emailed to choose a date for an initial interview (a week in advance). 5 minutes before the appointment, I received the notification that the meeting had been cancelled. I emailed the recruiter to ask about it, and she neither replied to my email nor showed up. A week later I received an email saying that my application was not going to be considered, as the meeting hadn't been scheduled at all.

Highly unprofessional. Old white creepy man. Had to meet in a hotel outside of the airport. Didn't show up on time. No contact details. Terrible experience, stay away. Too bad.

Multistep process as described on their website! The recruiter that I worked with was very nice and helpful. Pretty standard interview questions across the board - nothing out of the ordinary.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Forrester (London, England) in Apr 2023
Virtual interview with the HR manager and hiring manager. It was very normal and, I thought, positive. Good overview of the company and a lot of focus on how the company is 'different' to others and really 'cares about people'. They said they liked me/my experience, I was sold and eager to hear next steps... but they ghosted me. I tried following up a couple of times to no avail. Really disappointing given how much they said they were good people are cared about their employees. I would have been fine with a 'no' - fair enough - but to ghost people is really unfair, particularly in the current climate.
- Talk through your experience, they picked out a few points/projects on my CV to talk through. Just the usual stuff, nothing out of the ordinary.
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Forrester
Interview process went from Corporate recruiter to regional manager to Management team to presentation to team. Pretty intense but a helpful task and a good test to what the cleint interaction is/can be.
- Q- How do you handle a difficult situation/client? and Give an example.
I interviewed at Forrester
The best interview process I had during my internship search. My recruiter was transparent about the whole process since day 1. The whole process was done in a span of 2 weeks.
- A lot of behavioral questions
I interviewed at Forrester
As my first job post-college graduation, I didn't have a lot of expectations or prior experiences to compare. I felt the interview process for the entry position was communicative, virtual, and relaxed.
