The person interviewing me was about 40 minutes late to the interview because she was at lunching in the French Quarter. When she arrived, I waited another 5 - 10 minutes so she could get settled.

Interview
Very easy and friendly, 3 rounds total - HR, banquet manager and F&B director. I enjoyed the process and was hired quickly. I felt welcomed right away and was very happy with the interview process and how it was organized.
