I had two interviews, one with the GM of the restaurant and one with an HR manager. The interviews were about 2 days apart and they accepted me for the job within 5 days.

Zoom interview by HR in which basic questions were asked. Zoom interview by Hiring Manager. Questions were mostly about past accomplishments and understanding of the job description. Feedback was given after each round of interview.

2 rounds of interview, first with the HR dept and the other with the Director of Sales. held via zoom as I was out of the state at the time of the interviews. Some intense questions but overall friendly sessions.

Straight forward and engaging. The hiring manager is friendly and the company culture seems great. There were 3 rounds: 1st video call screening with the recruiter, 2nd round with the hiring manager and the final round with a senior director.

Went Through a couple rounds and the interviewer seemed like a great person to work for as a manager. The opportunity to grow seemed good and the company perks seemed to be above par as well.

It’s a long process. Be patient. Be persistent. I first interviewed with the assistant manager of the restaurant, I didn’t hear anything for a month even after a follow up email and then HR got back to me and set up an interview for the next day. I interviewed on a Friday and received my offer on Monday.

It was good and smooth. Was asked many questions so please be prepared to be asked of these many questions. I was also asked what my pet peeve is and all example behavioral questions. The interview was about an hour and three stages.

Relatively easy, streamlined process with quick turnover and results. One phone call with the HR Manager, then one phone call with supervisor. Then an in person interview with each of them.
