the interview process comprise 4 stages. Initial interview with HR with questions based on past behavior ( i.e. tell me about a time..."). A second interview with the department head and this is more job related. a third one with the director of the department and a final one with the hotel manager.

I had phone interviews with the HR manager and was brought in to meet with the Director of F&B, Hotel Operations Manager, and Hotel General Manager. The initial interview with the Director of F&B was structured and formal. The following interviews were a bit more casual

Tell me about a time when you went above and beyond for a guest
You start with a phone interview if you live abroad, otherwise HR is the first stop. Then the games begin. Count on spending the entire day there. First, it's HR and potentially one more. Then it's the department manager, then his director then sometimes the hotel manager and almost always the GM finishes.
