Interview
I have been waiting 10 minutes in the lobby until the HR assistant director came and let me in the staff door and the offices area. I have been shown a tiny corridor with chairs next to a wall (a waiting area) where, with my coat and bag on my knees and no table I had to fill in a form replying to questions about my previous experience and psychometric questions "taking my time" while many people where walking around me and talking to each other distracting me. When finished I walked to the office where I have been told to make myself confortable and I had to put my coat and bag on the floor. I have been then interviewed for about 20 minutes.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to change your way of communicating.
Very friendly, questions were not difficult, interviewer was kind and warm. Good to know company values and be passionate. Duration was around thirty to forty five minutes and only one interview was done.
3 round of interview, first interview with hr, next interview with manager and last interview with big boss of the department. This process taking almost 2 weeks and each interview with at least 30 minutes.
