Brief phone interview with head of HR to understand your background and qualifications. Then an in person interview at the hotel with team leader and department heads to discuss skills and how I would fit into the role I was interviewing for.

A lot of questions about your hospitality and how you deal with customers and dealing with difficult customer situations.
Have I ever broken the rules for a client?
Would I go above and beyond the job description to meet a clients request?
