Went to a hiring event, met with first interviewer and they asked general questions about me. Then the residential manager who explained more of what the job entailed. What the hours looked like and how the hotel runs. He asked some questions on how I would handle conflicts with other associates but not much other than that. Then the final interview was with the general manager and what he would offer hourly.

Very friendly HR team... welcoming. They seemed interested in getting to know me and how I could contribute to the brand and customer service experience. The training is very good and I felt very welcomed into the company.

Very friendly management with very clear outlines. They can do multiple interviews in one day and can have more in the days following. They were very friendly and interested in your application. Overall good experience even if I didn’t get the job.
