Interview
Potential candidates are screened by the HR manager via phone first. They then schedule you to come in to the office for a 1:1 with the HR manager first. If you make it past her, she brings in the owner for another interview. If they're still interested, you take the computer test that lasts 1-2 hours. It's a bear!
