      Flight Attendant Interview

      Sep 7, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Denver, CO
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines (Denver, CO) in Aug 2016

      Interview

I applied online and did a phone interview. At the end of the phone interview I was offered a F2F interview in Denver,CO. I prepared the night before the interview. Using Glassdoor and any other resources I had. Practiced my responses and made sure my outfit was on point and fool proof. I arrived at the interview and it was pretty intimating to walk up to a group of people that you don't know, all applying for the same position. Introduce yourself. Talk to people even if you don't care to know them right away just pretend. Small talk. Check in. After check in, you go into a room and given basic info of the job (pay, hubs, benefits, history, current news). Ice breaker is next if you do not get called into the first round of interviews. First interview is with senior flight attendants in which you go in a group of 2. Total of 4 people at the table, one attendant is assigned to you but you will hear the other persons questions and answers so stay focused. Use vocabulary. Articulate yourself well. Focus on the question and give the. The answer they are looking for using your experiences. Do not ramble or beat around the bush. You will look like you cannot communicate and that is not ideal. Second round is with a manager of some sort. Again, if your partner makes the cut you will go with that person of someone new. More intimate setting. Only one manger per the 2 of you. Everyone is very nice. Stay calm and you'll do fine. Let your confidence radiate. Ladies. No open toe shoes. Blue of black suit pants of skirt, shirt tucked in. Black or navy dress with 3 quarter length sleeves, semi fitted, stockings always.
