Did my f2f on Nov 9th. It was a very long day but it was worth it. The day started by getting your name tag from the receptionist which had your preassigned number on it which they will use to call you by instead of your name. We went into a classroom like setting to watch a presentation on the company then they called 8 people for their pair interview. Now the pair interview is done with two flight attendants, you and another candidate. that candidate is basically your opponent that's how I looked at it at least and I made sure I outshined my opponent. While the first 8 is doing their pair interview the rest of the candidates are taken to the cafe to do a PA infront of everyone until it's their turn to do the pair interview. Now if you outshine your opponent on your pair interview you get to do a one on one with management, after that you go back to the cafe then shortly after you are called with a group of people who are hired or not hired (now if you are called and the group that you are called with look like they don't stand a chance then don't get your hopes up). They say smile a lot and work the room and be yourself...I didn't work the room, I didn't smile a lot but I was myself and I think that's what they are looking for...don't be fake. Now I got my cjo I am so anxious to start. Do anyone know if there's any forum for those who got cjo waiting to start training?
