I applied to Frontier on June 30th and was sent the link to complete the assessment immediately after. I was emailed on July 11th to schedule a phone interview which i scheduled for July 18th. The recruiter called on time and was very polite from start to finish. He started by telling me about the position for which i applied and proceeded to ask me about my passport and any tattoos i may have. Next came the interview questions which were pretty easy. I in turn asked him some questions (please ask questions) he then told me a little bit more about training & pay and asked if i was able to meet the requirements and then invited me to a F2F interview on August 9th. He made sure my information was the same & scheduled my flight while on the phone and told me i would receive a email a week before my interview. They pay for your flight RT but hotel and food are on you.
