Was overall a good experience. Applied in 2018. Was sent an assessment to do online then based off that was emailed to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was super simple and casual. She asked questions about relocation and if I had a current passport. At the conclusion of that interview I was invited to be flown to Denver for a f2f interview. The airfare to and from Denver was provided but not the hotel room. I was in the group scheduled to interview that am. It was quite a large group of 50-60 of us that morning. They began with about an hour long overview of the company and some time after for Q&A. After that we were asked one by one to come up in front of the group and read a portion of the taxi announcement. After everyone was finished we were then escorted to a room next door where they put us in groups of 2-3 with a recruiter to start the interview process. After that, we were asked to do a jump seat check as well as a tattoo check (they have a very strict tattoo check). Depending on how the first f2f interview went we were then split into groups of 2 to interview with a hiring manager. When that was concluded we were split into 2 groups and taken into a room to either be offered a CJO or not. I was offered a CJO. On boarding began immediately after with fingerprints and a drug test.
